For parents with student(s) enrolling in Haley Pilgrim’s 2026-2027 EAL classes, this introduction informs you of your responsibilities for receiving your homework coursepacks. Please read the whole document.
At the bottom of this page you will find the link to the enrollment form that needs to be completed as one step to secure your place in Haley Pilgrim’s EAL classes. Additionally, paying Haley for registration is required for enrollment.
Only one parent needs to complete the form for her/his student(s).
The complete process which secures your place in class consists of four steps: (1) completing the required form, (2) receiving your invoice (which occurs after the required form is completed), (3) paying your invoice, (4) and paying Haley for registration.
The deadline for coursepacks payment is 7-15-26. All invoices not paid by 7-15-26 will incur an additional late fee of $25.00 per coursepack. To avoid this fee, pay your invoice by the deadline due date.
Do not contact us to tell us that you have completed the forms and need to be sent your invoice. We monitor the forms daily, and by this process we are made aware of all completed forms. We regularly send invoices at different times throughout the week, usually excluding weekends.
It is important that you execute all of these steps ASAP.
