Charlene Albano is the Director of the Mesquite, Texas EAL Campus. Her focus is helping families experience EAL as a steady partnership through clear expectations, consistent communication, and practical support that strengthen both parents and students. Charlene not only has prior experience homeschooling her own children, but she has experience supporting students with physical disabilities and learning challenges.
Charlene has a particular interest in learning differences and executive-function challenges and is committed to helping families find workable routines and realistic strategies that support progress over time. She values a culture of encouragement paired with accountability, where parents can ask questions, get clarity, and feel supported as they lead learning at home.
Charlene is also pursuing a ThM at Dallas Theological Seminary, and she looks forward to serving EAL families with wisdom that is not only biblically grounded, but also compassionate and practical. She believes a strong learning community is built through teamwork among parents, teachers, and leadership. She is grateful to be part of that work.
