Michelle Singer

Michelle Singer is the Campus Director of the Statesboro, Georgia branch of Jill Dixon’s Eclectic Academy of Learning. The 2023-2024 school year will be this academy’s inaugural year.

Michelle has been married 25 years to her husband, Brad, a clinical social worker at Ft. Stewart. They have two adult children and a son-in-law. Britney, their daughter, is a Director for the State of Georgia Department of Economic Development in Atlanta. Their son, Carson, attended EAL for nine of his ten years of homeschooling. He serves our country as a soldier with the US Army. They also have two dogs and two cats and reside in Statesboro, GA.

Michelle and her family moved to Georgia from Illinois in 2009. She started her career in banking and investing. Once married, she changed direction and was the Community Relations Director for a domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse shelter and volunteered as a hospital advocate, too. She also worked in public relations for the K-12 Christian School that her children attended in IL. She has sat on several committees both professionally and through her church. She has served as a Stephen Minister and a Stephen Ministry Leader. Michelle and her husband started the Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association Soccer Teams in 2015 and “retired” after 8 seasons! She was often on the sidelines capturing plays on camera and behind the scenes working on financials, schedules and volunteers. Michelle has been a teacher with the EAL Savannah Campus since 2012. She also works part time for Publix and is the Off Ice Official Supervisor for the ECHL, working all of the Savannah Ghost Pirates games.

The Statesboro, GA campus will meet on Thursdays from 9:30-2:30.
